Realizing the need to upgrade the standards of Radio Broadcasting in Bayawan City, DYLN-FM was established in December 10, 2005 with the specific goal of lifting the broadcasting standards in the city and to cater to the advertising needs of the booming city south of Dumaguete

Magic 107.5 is operating with a power of 1000 watts utilizing linear FM rf amplifier with state of the art mosfet transistor and a 4bay antenna ensuring a vast area of coverage encompassing the whole Bayawan City, the neighboring towns of Sta. Catalina, Siaton, Basay, Hinoba-an, and even Dipolog, Sindangan, and other parts of north western Mindanao.
