Magic 107.5 is the brainchild of its Owner and General Manager, Mr. Louie Tijing, who himself is a native of Bayawan City. Realizing the need to upgrade the standards of Radio Broadcasting in Bayawan City, DYLN-FM was established in December 10, 2005 with the specific goal of lifting the broadcasting standards in the city and to cater to the advertising needs of the booming city south of Dumaguete

True to its commitment of advancing the radio standards in the city, DYLN-FM is the first FM radio station utilizing a fully computerized operation with a state of the art broadcasting software, truly at part with the rest of the country. It is the first FM radio station in Negros Oriental to utilize a full stream cast operation enabling it to be heard worldwide over internet protocol (IP). Magic 107.5 is operating with a power of 1000 watts utilizing linear FM rf amplifier with state of the art mosfet transistor and a 4bay antenna ensuring a vast area of coverage encompassing the whole Bayawan City, the neighboring towns of Sta. Catalina, Siaton, Basay, Hinoba-an, and even Dipolog, Sindangan, and other parts of north western Mindanao. Magic 107.5's programming is a blend of fresh, vibrant sound of new adult contemporary music.
