Hello, Scouts! Heads up for the 3rd Mongolia International Scout Jamboree!
The Boy Scouts of the Philippines (BSP), upon the invitation of the Scout Association of Mongolia, will be organizing an official Philippine contingent to participate in the 3rd Mongolia International Scout Jamboree, happening on July 25 to August 1, 2026, in Khentii Province, Mongolia π²π³.
This international gathering carries the theme βFollowing the Great Khanβs Steps,β offering Scouts meaningful opportunities to develop leadership and resilience, gain deeper appreciation of cultural heritage, and strengthen international friendship and cooperation through the Scouting Movement.
π Who may apply?
Youth Participants

Must be 14β18 years old as of August 5, 2026
(born between 24 July 2009 and 24 July 2012)
β
Physically fit (certified by a registered physician)
β
Equipped with camping gears
β
Must have attended a BSP National Scout Jamboree
Adult Leaders / IST / CMT
β
Registered Adult Leader of BSP
β
Physically fit and of good moral character
β
Equipped with camping gears
β
Preferably an ATC graduate
β
Must have attended BSP National Jamborees as NST/IST
β
Duly recommended by Council Scout Executive / Officer-in-Charge and Regional Youth Development Officer
β
Must possess Safe from Harm Certificates (SfH 1 & SfH 2)
π Note: The BSP National Office reserves the right to select members of the delegation based on qualifications and on a first-come, first-served basis.
π° Jamboree Fees (USD, inclusive of 5% surcharge & bank charges)
Youth Participant: USD 630.00 or β±36,973
Adult Leader / IST: USD 578.00 or β±33,921
Important Deadlines:
Submission of Registration Forms: January 31, 2026
Payment Deadline: April 30, 2026
A 10% surcharge will be applied to late payments.
ποΈ The Jamboree Fee includes:

Airport transfers to and from the Jamboree site

Shared tent (2β3 participants)

Kitchen utensils and meals

Jamboree kit

Program activities and all program-related costs

All required documents must be consolidated into one (1) PDF file, named as:
Council β Surname (e.g., Bohol β Dela Cruz)
Required documents:
1. Duly signed Application Form
2. Updated Proof of Membership
3. Safe from Harm Certificates (SfH 1 & SfH 2)
4. Passport (date of birth and validity clearly visible)
