WEATHER UPDATE: As of November 10, 5:00 AM, Typhoon continues to weaken and is now over the coastal waters of La Union. All Tropical Cyclone Wind Signals in Leyte have been lifted.

Residents are still advised to stay cautious of occasional gusts, possible heavy rains, and rough seas over parts of the Visayas and nearby waters.

For those in Northern and Central Luzon, several areas remain under TCWS No. 1–4 due to strong to typhoon-force winds.
