The annual Halloween Costume Contest in the Kinto Distrito is back! Welcome to CARLLOWEEN 2025!
Brace yourselves for another bewitching showdown and show off your most frightening Halloween costume! Join the fun with your friends, family, or go solo for a chance to win amazing prizes!
Make sure to follow the official mechanics and criteria to become a contender and claim the crown of CARLLOWEEN 2025.
MECHANICS:
1. Like the Carl Cari page.
2. In the comments section of this post, attach your scariest Halloween costume/attire. Choose which category you want to join.

3. Share this post on your Facebook wall, tag at least 10 of your Facebook friends, and set this post to public.
4. IMPORTANT: You can only win in ONE category.
CRITERIA:
1. Must properly follow the mechanics.
2. Edited/photoshopped costumes will be DISQUALIFIED.
3. Only NEW entries will be considered, and resubmission of entries from the previous Carlloween contests will be DISQUALIFIED.
4. Auto likes will be automatically DISQUALIFIED.
5. This is only open for FIFTH DISTRICT OF LEYTE residents.
6. The top five (5) entries per category with the highest number of LIKES will proceed to the final judging, where the distinguished judges will choose the scariest costume/attire and win exciting prizes.
DEADLINE OF SUBMISSION OF ENTRIES: 12 NOON; November 3, 2025
POSTING OF WINNERS: November 5, 2025
