Monday feelings🤣

Happy Monday dear local legislators. I am sharing this resolution i authored and this was passed during our last regular session as a support to the local legislators especially of course in our province but since i am sharing it now, it can be helpful for ALL local legislators in crafting their ordinances.

I made this because i am so serious and sincere in reviewing ordinances, wherein as i am doing it i have learned a lot. I have recognized some mistakes on my ordinances during my time as municipal councilor. So i wish the same mistakes would not be repeated if we carefully observed these standards based on the Local Government Code of 1991.

Ordinances should not be done just for points on SGLG, but it must carefully legislated/deliberated to avoid these common observations. That is why, do not get angry if other members of the sanggunian ask questions on any subject matter because sometimes it is when you scrutinize it that brilliant ideas come out.
