📍 Destileria Limtuaco Museum, Intramuros

“Founded in 1852 by Bonifacio Lim Tua Co in Binondo,
Destileria Limtuaco is the oldest distillery in continuous operation in the Philippines.

It rose to fame with Siok Hoe Tong — better known as Sioktong — a traditional Chinese medicinal wine.

In 1939, its operations moved to Grace Park, Caloocan,
and later to Balintawak, Quezon City, in 1956.

This museum, built in 1982 inside Intramuros, stands as a tribute to the House of Lim Tua Co…
and a heritage proudly distilled through time.”

Fort Santiago Reflections

“Fort Santiago stands not just as a fortress, but as a silent witness to centuries of struggle, power, and survival.”

Built on the ashes of Rajah Soliman’s original fort in 1571, and once destroyed in the siege of Limahong, it rose again — this time in stone, carved from the land itself.

Spanish, British, American, and Japanese forces all claimed it. Through invasions, wars, and liberation, it endured.

Now a National Cultural Treasure, Fort Santiago reminds us:
👉 You, too, can rise from the ashes.
👉 You, too, can carry your history — and still stand strong.

💭 What part of your life once crumbled, but made you stronger when you rebuilt?
