Okay lang magpahinga, okay lang huminga sandali.❤️

During review season, sobrang nakakapagod talaga — puro basa, memorize, at practice exams. Pero kahit gaano ka-busy, I always make time to pause and breathe. Sa gitna ng stress at kape, my cat is my pahinga. Kapag lumalapit siya at humihiga sa tabi ko, parang sinasabi niyang, “Tama na muna, rest ka muna.” Simple lang, pero malaking reminder na okay lang magpahinga — kasi hindi lang utak ang kailangang alagaan, tahimik pero puno ng comfort at pagmamahal. 🐾❤️
