Nakakalungkot na reclassification 😔

I witnessed how excellent teachers are being degraded because of simple issues sa documents nila. They've spent almost a week or two preparing and gathering all needed data just to meet the minimum requirements. Dami nilang sleepless nights, daming gastos sa printing ng napakaraming documents and most of all yung pari't-paritong pagpapa-notaryo.

Sobrang taas ng standards sa promotion ng mga teachers pero sa presidential position basta kaya magsulat at bumasa, pwede na. Asan ang hustisya? 😔
