Day 2 of the NBTC - Coach Convention at the Rizal Memorial Coliseum watching the San Beda Red Lions as they show some of their best practices in defense.

Learned about shooting, transition defense, and how to setup a defense system as a team.

Another day of good learning experience.

NBTC - Coach Convention CCF Center, Ortigas Pasig City with Coach Jong Uichico.

1st day of the Coach Convention about the Current State of Philippine Basketball and where we are headed. Great insight and program alignment to be implemented soon from top to bottom (grassroots).

Learned a lot about Strength and Conditioning, as well as Culture and Leadership. Most importantly Money Management. These programs are good eye opener to a lot of coaches, and will be coaches, as we dont just win games but we touch and influence our player's lives, fellow coaches, and our own family with every decision associated with finances.

I had a great time, a lot of realization about why I'm here coaching. But above all realizing that it's all about relationships, giving back, and thanking God for the opportunity to develop, compete, & make a difference.
