Hininga muna nang kaunti, mga Tunay Na Riders! Temporarily suspended muna ng LTO ang paghuhuli at pag-issue ng TOPs (Temporary Operator's Permit) kung MUFFLER-RELATED VIOLATION lang ang dahilan.

Nirereview pa raw ng LTO at DTI ang official guidelines at policies tungkol sa motorcycle exhaust modifications.
