Allow me to use this platform to share these thoughts. We all admire Emman Atienza, who chose to fight her own battles in her own way, even though it felt like a knife stabbing her from within. Personally, I have also experienced fighting my struggles and heard a lot of misconceptions about my life, as if they know my entire being. When I experienced the same pain as Emman Atienza, I also heard the voices of judgmental people that were louder than my own emotions. The voices of people who do nothing and have never contributed to our lives are powerful enough to destroy the reputations of others.
Like Emman, su***de is becoming an option to escape the nightmare rather than talking and trusting someone. I really felt her pain when she remained silent until the pain and voices in her head became louder, especially when it was quiet.
Mental health is a difficult battle; therefore, please choose to be kind, or better yet, remain silent rather than spread misinformation.
To my friends here on Facebook, I hope you are doing great and also taking care of your mental health. If you're really tired and drained, just message someone in order to lessen your burden. Do not choose su***de as an option, and please be kind with your words rather than hating or judging someone. Take care always!
At sa mga taong nagbigay ng dahilan para sumuko siya nawa'y karmahin kayo. Rest in Peace, Emman Atienza🕊️
