After committing to a disciplined diet as a stroke survivor and diabetic, I achieved what medication alone never could—I reduced my insulin from 30 to 20 units in the morning, while holding steady at 10 units in the evening through my Endo. My body is healing through discipline. Currently, my waistline of 32 to a lean 28—this isn’t just weight loss. It’s the evidence of a comeback. A silent revolution of wellness.

Tinuruan ako ng stroke kung paano mabuhay,

I visited a government hospital this morning and during the screening session I was asked by one of the staff in a white uniform:
Staff: Edad?
Me: 54 y.o. po
Staff: Ha, 54 ka lang?
