𝐒𝐒𝐋𝐆 & 𝐒𝐌𝐂 𝐢𝐧 𝐀𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐭𝐨 𝐅𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐌𝐚𝐥𝐧𝐮𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧!

As part of the Nutrition Month celebration, the SSLG and SMC organized a feeding program for the stunted senior high school students at Biri Covered Court in the morning on July 31, 2025, while in the afternoon the SSLG officers delivered the food packs to the classrooms of grade 12 students. Each food pack contains a cup of rice and delicious chop suey with a bottled water provided by the SSLG officers. This initiative keeps the students healthy and motivates them to eat nutritious foods in order to avoid illnesses.

Eating nutritious food is important since, in addition to being delicious, it increases human lifespan. Every person should consume this type of food that will strengthen, improve, and maintain a healthy body.

𝐁𝐍𝐇𝐒-𝐒𝐇𝐒 𝐂𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐬 𝐍𝐮𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐡

3 days of events have been organized by the senior high school teachers from July 29 to 31, 2025, as part of the SHS Nutrition Month Celebration. Students in grades 11 and 12 participated in various competitions. Since it inspires everyone to maintain their health and consistently consume nutritious foods, it is important to celebrate this amazing occasion.

Nutrition Month serves as a reminder that our bodies require more nutrients to prolong our lives, by adopting healthy eating habits, take charge of our well-being and invest in a healthier future.

Today, July 4, 2025, the Student Media Club elects its new officers that will lead the organization for the school year 2025-2026. The election happened in the Grade 12-Kanuos classroom at 1:30 in the afternoon.

The election was facilitated by the current SMC President, Ms. Phoebee Amatess Q. Angeles, and the SMC adviser, Mr. Joe Laguitan. With the new officers elected, the club looks forward to a year filled with creativity, collaboration, and dedication, all aimed at empowering student voices and keeping the campus informed and inspired.
