I decided to start posting my Gospel Reflection every Sunday 🌸, aron ma-share pod sa uban aron makahatag og inspiration and paglaom.🙏

So, mao ni:

Today’s Gospel (Luke 13:22–30) speaks about the narrow door—ang dalan nga dili dali, pero mao gyud ang dalan padulong sa Ginoo. The First Reading also tells us nga ang mga struggles nato karon, bisan sakit or lisod, usa ra na sa paagi sa Ginoo to guide and shape us. 🙏

Sa akong journey karon—sa studies, family, ug personal battles—makarelate ko ani kaayo. I realize nga daghan unta mas sayon nga pultahan, pero God calls me (and us) to choose the harder yet meaningful path: honesty, perseverance, humility, and love. 💕

Lisod gyud usahay, pero mao man gyud ni ang dalan nga maka-usab sa atong kasingkasing ug magpaduol nato sa Ginoo. In the end, dili lang kaila ta ni Jesus, pero makita unta Siya sa atong kinabuhi ug mga desisyon adlaw-adlaw.

Padayon lang ta. God doesn’t ask us to be perfect, pero He asks for our effort, our trust, ug atong kasingkasing. ♥️

Maajong gabie sa tanan! ☺️

Daghan nangutana unsa daw akong secret sa pag-pagamay kay “nigamay” na daw ko… pero honestly guys, wala pa ko ni gamay 😅. Basin angle lang na sa camera 😄✨.

Pero bitaw, I’ve been more mindful sa akong pagkaon karon—gulay with tuna and half cup rice akong usual na ginakaon. Panagsa na lang jud ko mokaon ug baboy and oily foods, kay likay pud ta sa taas nga blood pressure. ❤️

What I’ve learned: being health-conscious is not about perfection, but about choosing better little by little.🥗
✅It keeps our heart healthy
✅It gives us more energy for the day
✅It prevents sickness in the long run
✅And most of all, it’s a way of loving ourselves 🫶

Bisan ginagmay lang nga changes sa lifestyle, dako na kaayo og tabang sa future. 💪🌱 Let’s all take care of ourselves kay self-love is also taking care of your health. 💚
