The City of Naga was placed under Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal (TCWS) No. 3 late on Monday, November 3, and throughout Tuesday, November 4.

TCWS No. 3 warns of Storm-Force Winds (89 to 117 kph, Beaufort 10 to 11) expected within an 18-hour period, which can cause moderate to significant threat to life and property.
