📩 Reaching Out, Connecting Voices

Another meaningful step forward for DXSH DREAM FM as we formally distributed letters to the different Deans and respected School Officials across the campus.

Each letter carries our proposal for the creation of Department Hours—dedicated broadcast slots that will give every college and department a special space on air to share their updates, achievements, activities, and stories with the whole MIT community. Along with it, we also shared our full justification: explaining how this initiative will not only strengthen communication between the administration, faculty, and students, but also further enrich our programming while staying true to our core mission—to proudly promote the spirit, excellence, and unity of MIT.

We believe that when every department has a voice, our campus becomes more connected, informed, and inspired. We look forward to their favorable response as we work together to make DXSH DREAM FM a true home for everyone.

Here’s to more collaboration, more stories, and one united voice! 📻💙

✨ A Step Forward: New Beginnings, Same Heart ✨

Today marked a meaningful conversation as we sat down with our School Publication Adviser, Mr. John Kevin Palacio, LPT and the Human Resource Management Officer, Ma'am Salma N. Alawi, LLB. What started as a discussion about growth and clarity soon turned into a decision we’re happy to share.

Moving forward, the official pages of DXSH DREAM FM and the MIT School Publication will no longer be centralized. Instead, they will stand as separate platforms—each with its own distinct focus, unique functions, and creative direction.

Though they will now operate independently, one thing remains unchanged, our shared mission—to uplift, inform, inspire, and proudly promote the spirit and excellence of MIT.

Separate paths, same vision. Two voices, one home. 📻📖💙

Stay tuned for more updates as we grow and serve you better!

DXSH Dream FM – MIT Campus Radio turned into a vibrant showcase of academic excellence as selected students representing various departments took over the airwaves for a special program promotion dedicated to the different courses offered at MIT. Bringing their respective fields to life, these student ambassadors stepped up to share what makes their programs unique, relevant, and valuable to aspiring learners and the wider community.

From discussing curriculum highlights and career opportunities to sharing personal experiences and success stories, the participants crafted and delivered engaging segments designed to inform, inspire, and attract future enrollees. Whether highlighting the hands-on training in technical courses, the creative freedom in arts and design programs, or the critical thinking developed in business and science disciplines, every broadcast radiated pride and passion for their chosen fields of study.

More than just a promotional activity, this initiative served as a powerful platform for students to build confidence, improve communication skills, and represent their departments with distinction. It also reinforced DXSH Dream FM’s vital role as the official voice of the campus—bridging the gap between the institution and the public while celebrating the diversity and quality of education that MIT is known for. Through their voices, these students successfully painted a clear and inviting picture of the many bright paths available to every member of the MIT community.
