January 1, 2026 marks the official launch of the Revised University Seal of the Mindanao State University Tawi-Tawi College of Technology and Oceanography (MSU TCTO), reflecting the Universityโ€™s evolving identity and continuing mandate. The seal was originally conceptualized and designed by distinguished scholar and artist Professor Abraham P. Sakili.

To ensure consistent and proper application, MSU TCTO will issue official seal usage guidelines. With its launch, the revised seal is now the Universityโ€™s official seal, replacing the previous version. The Office of Information, Press and Publications (OIPP) will release official seal files and branding materials in accordance with the guidelines upon dissemination.
