Congratulations to the Bayyo Farmers Organization for the successful completion of Project LAWA at BINHI! Through their innovation, creativity, and collective dedication, the organization transformed their project into a remarkable showcase of community participation and shared commitment to food security, climate resilience, and lasting development.

The turnover ceremony was graced by Atty. Johnny L. Bumakil, Team Leader of DSWD-SWAD Mountain Province, together with representatives of the Municipal Technical Working Group (MTWG) of Bontoc, including Ms. Faith C. Pec-ao of OMAG-Bontoc and Ms. Rachel A. Ebfan of MSWDO-Bontoc. In their messages of support and encouragement, they commended the partner-beneficiaries for their dedication and perseverance, emphasizing the importance of sustaining the project's gains so that its positive impact will continue to benefit the community for years to come.

The officials also extended their heartfelt congratulations to the Bayyo Farmers Organization for a job well done, recognizing the group's outstanding teamwork, commitment, and exemplary efforts in making Project LAWA at BINHI a resounding success and an inspiration to other communities.

Talubin, Bontoc successfully completed Stage 3 of the implementation of Project LAWA at BINHI, highlighted by the Turnover Ceremony that signified the community's commitment to sustaining the project's accomplishments.

The ceremony was attended by the DSWD-SWAD Mountain Province together with the Municipal Technical Working Group (MTWG), composed of representatives from the different participating offices of the Municipality of Bontoc. Among those present were Mr Francis Degay from the Mayor's Office, Ms. Cheryle Fungo from the Office of the Municipal Agriculturist (OMAG), and Mr. Tullid Pachingel from the Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office (MSWDO). The activity was also graced by the support of the Barangay Local Government Unit of Talubin, led by Barangay Captain Hon. Jones Managtag.

The Project LAWA at BINHI Team expresses its heartfelt gratitude to the Bontoc Municipal Police Station (MPS) and the Office of the Municipal Agriculturist (OMAG) for serving as resource speakers during the post-training activities. Their valuable knowledge and insights have equipped the partner-beneficiaries with practical guidance on sustaining the project's gains and strengthening community resilience.

Through the continued collaboration of DSWD, the Municipal LGU, the BLGU, partner agencies, and the partner-beneficiaries, Talubin moves forward with a shared commitment to ensuring that the benefits of Project LAWA at BINHI will continue to flourish for years to come.
