I finally discovered Siargao Wake Park this week - and I only ended up there because a friend invited me. Didn’t plan it, didn’t expect anything… but turns out it’s such a fun spot. Active, safe, chill vibe, and something different from the usual surf-eat-repeat island routine.

I didn’t join the Wake Pirate session this time because I was sick - pero babalik ako. 😂

And yes - they have local rates, so hindi masakit sa bulsa.
Highly recommend checking it out if you’re in Siargao.

Hidden along the west coast of Siargao, just before the quiet town of Del Carmen, lies one of the island’s most peaceful treasures - the Mangrove Wharf (San Benito Zipline)

Here, the ocean meets an ancient forest of tangled roots and golden reflections. When the sun begins to set, the sky mirrors across still waters, painting a view you’ll never forget. It’s calm, untouched, and far from the crowds of General Luna -a reminder of what Siargao truly is beneath the noise.

But beyond its beauty, this place matters. The mangroves here act as natural shields against storms, nurseries for marine life, and lifelines for local communities. Every tree you see protects Siargao’s future.

So if you visit, come quietly. Watch the sunset, feel the stillness — and leave nothing but gratitude.

Endless palms, rolling hills, and that golden Siargao light - proof that paradise isn’t just the beach, it’s the view from above.

There’s this hidden beach somewhere between Dapa, Maasin River, and Pacifico 🌴🌊
Locals come here to surf, hang out, and just breathe — no big resorts, no crowds, just pure island life.
I can’t remember the name, but it’s one of the most beautiful and peaceful spots I’ve seen in Siargao.

👉 Does anyone know what this place is called?
Drop it in the comments — I’d love to go back again! 💬
