On February 21, 2025, our incredible Grade 12 Cookery students reached a significant milestone by achieving a 100% passing rate in their National Competency Assessment for Cookery NC II at Samar National School of Arts and Trades (SNSAT). 👨‍🍳👩‍🍳

Our young chefs showed their skills and dedication in the kitchen. They successfully handled food and created delicious dishes, proving they can succeed in the culinary world!

Congratulations to our students! Your hard work has paid off. This achievement shows that with determination and passion, you can succeed in anything you pursue. 🎉

We extend our heartfelt thanks to our Cookery teachers, Ma'am Alde and Ma'am Ma Nelia Bueno, for their invaluable guidance. We also appreciate our school head, Ma'am Nickie Cepeda Javier, for her leadership in providing quality technical-vocational education.

We are proud to share that all of our 19 students from Grade 12 - Electrical Installation and Maintenance (EIM) have passed the NC II Assessment held on February 15-16, 2025, in Visayas Center for Arts and Technology (VCAT) Songco, Borongan City.

Thank you, Sir Brian Senopac, our EIM teacher, for your support and guidance in helping our students reach this milestone. Your dedication has made a real difference!

We would also like to express our gratitude for the unwavering technical assistance provided by Mr. Ariel Denoso, VCAT Trainer, and Mrs. Nickie Cepeda Javier, School Head of Supt. Fidel E. Anacta Sr. Memorial High School. Your leadership has been instrumental in ensuring that our students receive a quality technical-vocational education.

Some residents are seen cleaning their belongings that were submerged by the muddy floodwaters. Power lines have been cut since 4:00 in the morning up until this writing.

Superintendent Fidel E. Anacta Sr. Memorial High School held its 2nd Quarter Portfolio Day at the school's Conference Room last Friday, Dec. 13, 2024. The said event, themed "Stronger Schools Start with Involved Parents" provided students with an opportunity to showcase their academic and extracurricular achievements. The event was attended by parents, who received updates on their children's academic performance over the past few months.

In his opening remarks, Sir Jose A. Alido, SPTA Adviser, emphasizes the importance of school-community partnerships in promoting quality education to our learners. Following his message, Kate Cepeda and Jane Rose Afable, both students of SFEASMHS delivered an intermission with a song performance. After their performance, the awarding of honors and the distribution of cards and certificates took place to recognize the academic achievements of Fidelians.

Portfolio Day is considered a culminating resource activity and is held at the end of each quarter. Schools are encouraged to showcase a variety of exhibits representing their students' hard work across all subjects and learning areas. The Student Portfolio reflects the dedicated effort of the students, allowing them to appreciate the essence of their creative efforts. This participation fosters a sense of pride and encourages students to take ownership of their learning, enhancing their motivation to learn and work diligently.
