We are pleased to inform you that the emergency repair work on the FTTH main line has been successfully completed, and internet and cable services have been fully restored in the areas from Calog to Tagudtud North as of 1:41 PM.

We apologize for any inconvenience the service interruption may have caused and appreciate your patience and understanding during the repair process.

NOTICE OF SERVICE INTERRUPTION

Please be advised that an emergency service interruption will begin as part of the repair process for the FTTH main line, which was damaged during a right-of-way tree clearing operation carried out by an individual. This will temporarily affect internet and cable services in the areas from Calog to Tagudtud North.

Estimated Restoration Time: 5:00 PM (sooner or later, depending on repair progress)

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your patience as we work to restore services as quickly as possible.

We are currently experiencing a cable TV signal interruption caused by a fiber break located at CALOG TO TAGUDTUD NORTH BUGASONG ANTIQUE..

Our field operations team is on-site, working to repair the damaged fiber. The estimated time of restoration (ETR) is 5:30 PM today.
