GOURMET TUYO ni Ateng:

I was really craving for Gourmet Tuyo lately and apparently, gourmet tuyo is very expensive at the market. I backed off buying and I came up with the idea, why don’t I try making one at home instead?! And the results are hella damn so good! Literally this gourmet tuyo na hindi tinipid made of 💯% olive oil at hindi tinamad ang hirap kaya magkaskas ng kaliskis! 😬😁

Bilang isang mahilig sa mga bagong flavors, hindi ko pinalampas ang pagkakataong tikman ang Pistachio Donut ng Dunkin' at masasabi kong sulit na sulit ito!

Sa unang tingin pa lang, panalo na sa itsura. Malambot ang donut na may chocolate ganache at pistachio tidbits sa ibabaw, may kakaibang dating na simple pero classy. Amoy pa lang, Nakaka sosyal mga ka Ateng. Pwamis!

Ang pinakagusto ko? Yung hindi siya sobrang tamis o overpowering. Sa lasa, swak na swak ang timpla.
Chill lang, pero satisfying. Bagay partner rin sa kape. Percect combo talaga!

Final Verdict:
Kung mahilig ka sa pistachio, huwag mong palampasin ito. Isa siya sa mga flavor na hindi mo akalaing gugustuhin mo hanggang sa matikman mo na. Sana hindi lang ito limited edition dahil babalik-balikan ko talaga!

Habang tumatanda ako, napapansin ko… simple joys na lang talaga ang nagpapasaya sa’kin. Bukod sa mga essential oils, bet ko din talaga ang mga condiments, herbs, and spices.
These little things make adulting a bit more flavorful, literally and emotionally. Simple but happy. 😊
