Lunch.. protein and greens plus fruit smoothie na palaging may kasamang turmeric, lemon, ginger and pipino. Tapos pinakuluan na soursop leaves (10x stronger than chemo). No harm in trying. Positive mindset, positive attitude, positive disposition, positive point of view, positive environment, positive YOU!!! 😇🙏🏻❤️
