I don’t drink this every day. I alternate it with plain black coffee.

🧪 GAANO PONG KARAMING ASUKAL SA INIINOM NIYO⁉️
Akala niyo softdrinks lang… pero sa loob ng katawan ninyo, ay parang uminom ng liquid na asukal.

🥤 Green Soda – 77g sugar
🥤 Red Soda– 65g sugar
🧃 Orange Juice – 31g sugar
⚡ Energy Drink – 51g sugar
🍵 Bottled Green Tea – 53g sugar

That’s around 10–19 kutsarita ng asukal sa isang bote lang.
Lagpas na lagpas sa safe daily limit — lalo na sa mga may diabetes, fatty liver, high blood, at kidney issues.

Ang liquid sugar po ang isa sa pinaka-delikado:
📈 Mabilis magpataas ng blood sugar at insulin
🧠 Nagpapalala ng cravings
🫀 Nagpapabigat ng atay at nagdudulot ng fatty liver
💊 Tumataas ang risk sa type 2 diabetes, hypertension, stroke at heart disease

Kahit pa may label na “juice,” “tea,” o “with vitamins” —
Kung loaded sa asukal, delikado pa rin po🥴
