• No cancellations of orders (including commissions) as much as possible. If inevitable, give admin a notice or atleast an update.. please state a valid reason to confirm the cancellation of order.
• The invoice is PAYO and up to 3 days reservation, depending on the total of prices from your items.
• Shipping method is JnT and LBC only!! Parcel booking is confirmed once the shipping fee invoice is paid.
• Payment method online is primarily Gcash. If not, maya and paypal is also allowed. BeLune doesn't accept COD (Cash on Delivery). The admin allows meet up only during conventions or seller's location.
• Once parcel is dropped off, any damage of parcel while shipment is not the admin's responsibility.
