looking back at my own MTIP days… it was just a year ago that i was on this very stage as a candidate myself proudly representing Camarines Norte. now to be here once again, but as the reigning Queen with both national and INTERNATIONAL titles having competed . i am filled with immense gratitude 🥹 dreams really do come true

to the new teen Queens, i pray you lead & serve a fulfilling reign for yourselves and the communities that stand behind you. find those who will uplift you and give you a purpose and let that help you shine 💫 i know you will proudly represent our beloved PHILIPPINES when you compete later this year. you all have my complete & undying support 🩷 laban filipinas!!

Kiko Pangilinan nanawagan ng mas mahigpit na proteksyon para sa mga hayop sa charity event

Senator Francis “Kiko” Pangilinan joined the Pfoten & Purpose charity event organized by the German Club Manila and Pawssion Project, where he emphasized the need for stronger animal welfare laws in the country.

Bilang guest speaker, binigyang-diin ni Pangilinan ang kahalagahan ng mas mahigpit na proteksyon, maayos na rescue at rehabilitation systems, at makataong pagtrato sa mga hayop.

Kasama sa mga tampok ng event ang adbokasiya nina Pawssion Project founder Malou Perez, Miss Teen Universe 2025 1st Runner-Up Chiara Mae Gottschalk, at iba pang volunteers at animal rights advocates. Dumalo rin ang Pawssion Project “Ambassadogs” na sina Garen at Panda upang isulong ang malasakit at responsableg pag-aalaga sa mga rescued animals.

Kiko Pangilinan pushes for stronger animal protection at charity event

Senator Francis Kiko Pangilinan took part in Pfoten and Purpose, a charity and awareness event organized by the German Club Manila and Pawssion Project, where he called for tougher animal welfare safeguards in the country. As the guest speaker, he stressed the need for stricter protections, better rescue and rehabilitation efforts, and more humane treatment of all animals.

The program also highlighted the advocacy work of Pawssion Project founder Malou Perez, Miss Teen Universe 2025 1st Runner Up Chiara Mae Gottschalk, and many volunteers and supporters of animal rights. Pawssion Project’s Ambassadogs, Garen and Panda, were also present to promote compassion and responsible care for rescued animals.

What a beautiful homecoming. Thank you to the Provincial Informations Office for all the wonderful preparations that were made to ensure my warm welcome.

I’d love to thank everyone in the Youth Development & Tourism Office for their tireless work in providing support and coverage for this event - all the pictures and write ups have really made this moment even more special for me. Also a big thank you for receiving me Radyo Pilipinas and for the insightful interview.

Lastly, I want to extend my gratitude to SM Daet for allowing me to have my Meet&Greet that followed the motorcade. This allowed me to share my journey with the people of Daet and also give back to the community which has given me so much.

Mainit na sinalubong ng Pamahalaang Panlalawigan ng Camarines Norte si 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐚𝐫𝐚 𝐌𝐚𝐞 𝐕𝐢𝐳𝐜𝐚𝐲𝐚 𝐆𝐨𝐭𝐭𝐬𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐥𝐤, 𝐌𝐢𝐬𝐬 𝐓𝐞𝐞𝐧 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐞 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓 𝟏𝐬𝐭 𝐑𝐮𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐫-𝐔𝐩, sa kanyang pagbabalik mula Jaipur, India, kung saan matagumpay niyang kinatawan ang Pilipinas sa prestihiyosong pandaigdigang patimpalak. Sa pangunguna ni Acting Governor Engr. Joseph Ascutia, kasama ang mga department heads, ginanap sa Provincial Capitol ang isang maikling programa pagkatapos ng Flag Raising Ceremony bilang pagkilala sa karangalan at inspirasyong hatid ni Chiara sa buong lalawigan.

Sa kanyang mensahe, buong puso niyang ipinaabot ang pasasalamat sa Pamahalaang Panlalawigan ng Camarines Norte at sa lahat ng sumuporta sa kanya sa buong paglalakbay. Aniya, hindi naging madali ang mga buwan ng paghahanda, ngunit ang tiwala ng kanyang mga kababayan ang nagsilbing lakas upang mapanindigan niya ang bandila ng Pilipinas. Binigyang-diin din ni Chiara ang halaga ng self-discovery at authenticity, na ayon sa kanya ay tunay na sukatan ng kagandahan.

Sa isang panayam sa Radyo Pilipinas, ibinahagi ni Chiara na isa sa kanyang mga personal na adbokasiya ay ang inclusivity o ang pagkilala at pagtanggap sa lahat ng uri ng tao, anumang kalagayan o pinagmulan. Ayon sa kanya, ang inklusibong lipunan ay pundasyon ng tunay na pagkakaisa. Bukod dito, pinapaigting din niya ang adbokasiya para sa pagbabasa at pagkamalikhain, sapagkat naniniwala siyang ang mga kabataang may malawak na pananaw ay magiging haligi ng mas maunlad na kinabukasan.

Matapos ang maikling programa sa Radyo Pilipinas, isang motorcade ang isinagawa sa kabayanan ng Daet, kung saan mainit siyang sinalubong ng mga mamamayan na nagpaabot ng kanilang papuri at pagbati. Makikita sa mga ngiti at palakpak ng mga tao ang labis na pagmamalaki sa kabataang CamNorteña na unang nagdala ng pangalan ng lalawigan sa entablado ng isang pandaigdigang patimpalak. Ang tagumpay ni Chiara ay nagsilbing inspirasyon hindi lamang sa mga kabataan kundi sa bawat CamNorteñong naniniwala sa kakayahan ng lokal na talento.

Nagpatuloy ang selebrasyon sa Meet and Greet sa SM City Daet, kung saan nagkaroon ng pagkakataon ang mga kabataan at mamamayan na personal siyang makilala. Sa masiglang pagtanggap ng publiko, makikita ang pagmamalaki at inspirasyong dulot ni Chiara. Bukod sa kanyang talino at ganda, ipinamalas din niya ang kanyang talento sa pagkanta bilang pasasalamat sa mga sumuporta. Sa pagtatapos ng programa, ibinahagi niyang siya ay magbabalik sa pag-aaral at kasalukuyang bahagi ng isang pelikulang ilalabas sa susunod na taon, isang proyektong aniya ay may makabuluhang mensahe na nais niyang maihatid sa mundo.

Ang kanyang pagbabalik sa Camarines Norte ay hindi lamang pag-uwi ng isang beauty queen, kundi ng isang kabataang patuloy na nagbibigay pag-asa, dangal, at inspirasyon sa susunod na henerasyon.
