Imagine starting a new job, or even being given a new assignment or office in your current workplace. Those first few days or weeks can be a little overwhelming. New faces, new tasks, new responsibilities...it's a lot to take in. "Finding your feet" in this situation means getting used to the new workflow, learning the new procedures, understanding your new responsibilities, and feeling confident in your ability to meet expectations. For students, it might mean getting used to the school layout, figuring out their classes, and making a few friends. For teachers, it might mean learning the school's systems, getting to know their students, and feeling comfortable managing their classroom. It's that moment when you're no longer the nervous newcomer, but a more comfortable and confident member of the team or school community, whether you're an employee, student, or teacher.

Just finding my feet and starting to feel relaxed and unbothered in this new spot😉
