Looking for Marketing Head to join the team!
Job Qualifications:
π At least with bachelorβs degree, preferably in Marketing or Business Administration courses.
π With at least two (2) years of relevant work experience.
π With exposure in graphic design, photo/videography and editing and editing software/apps such as Canva, Capcut, Adobe Suite, etc.
π Willing to work and be assigned in Butuan City.
Job Description:
π Develop and lead overall marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue across all business units and channels (online and offline).
π Oversee and execute content creation and storytelling, ensuring consistent voice, messaging, and visual branding across platforms, tailored to each industry segment.
π Manage and optimize social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) with a focus on community growth, engagement, and campaign performance.
π Plan and execute integrated marketing & Ad campaigns, including seasonal promotions, brand activations, influencer partnerships, and product/service launches in the F&B, automotive, realty, and memorial park, and other industries.
π Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, Admin) and external partners to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
π Lead and mentor a marketing team, fostering productivity, accountability, and other ad hoc tasks.
