𝗔𝗖𝗟𝗖 𝗟𝗶𝗯𝗿𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗖𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗯𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝟵𝟭𝘀𝘁 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗕𝗼𝗼𝗸 𝗪𝗲𝗲𝗸

The ACLC Library successfully concluded its celebration of the 91st National Book Week on the afternoon of November 28, 2025, at the ACB Library. The closing program featured a series of engaging activities that highlighted student talent and participation.

The event included a TikTok Dance Competition, Singing Contest, and a Raffle Draw, bringing excitement and enthusiasm among the student attendees. The celebration wrapped up with the Awarding Ceremony, recognizing winners from the day’s contests and acknowledging participants who contributed to the success of the event.

The activity aimed to foster creativity, appreciation for the arts, and community engagement as part of the National Book Week observance.

The ACLC Library held its National Book Week Celebration this morning, November 28, 2025, featuring traditional “Laro ng Lahi” games that brought excitement and energy among participating students.

Students took part in a series of fun and interactive activities, starting with Head, Shoulder, and Catch the Ball, which kicked off the event with laughter and enthusiasm. This was followed by a Message Relay, testing students’ focus and teamwork as they worked to accurately pass on the correct phrase. The celebration concluded with the lively Paper Dance, filling the library with cheerful music and friendly competition.

The activities aimed to promote camaraderie and cultural appreciation among students while highlighting the significance of National Book Week Celebration.

The 91st National Book Week Celebration opened today, November 27, 2025, with a dynamic lineup of activities that blended learning, creativity, and friendly competition. Day 1 began with a lively Library Groufie that set an energetic tone for the rest of the festivities.

The morning continued with engaging contests such as the Photo Contest, Mobile Legends Tournament, Quiz Bee, and the first wave of Laro ng Lahi challenges, including Ball Transfer, Blow the Cup, Harina Challenge, and Card Drop. Participants displayed teamwork, enthusiasm, and a spirit of fun throughout the events.

In the afternoon, traditional Filipino games took the spotlight, drawing cheers as competitors faced off in Chinese Garter, Dampa, Sipa, Holen, and Texts. Each game showcased agility, strategy, and cultural appreciation.

Day 1 of the celebration captured the essence of National Book Week—promoting the love of learning while strengthening camaraderie, creativity, and cultural pride. Activities will continue in the coming days as the celebration unfolds.

The Library warmly opens its doors today at 9:00 AM for the 91st National Book Week, embracing the theme “Tulay ang Pagbasa sa Bukas na Puno ng Pag-asa.” The celebration highlights the power of reading in inspiring hope, connecting communities, and shaping a brighter future for every learner.

The students of Financial Controllership, under the supervision of Mr. Ivan Oliver Jabido and in collaboration with the Business Education Department, successfully conducted a Community Extension Service (CES) Activity on November 6, 2025, at Libertad National High School.

The activity focused on Financial Literacy and Entrepreneurship, aiming to enhance the knowledge and awareness of ABM (Accountancy, Business, and Management) students regarding financial management and business opportunities.

Through informative discussions and interactive sessions, the Financial Controllership students shared practical insights to help participants develop responsible financial habits and an entrepreneurial mindset.

The ACLC College of Butuan proudly celebrated AMALYMPICS 2025, a week-long event filled with excitement, energy, and school spirit. Students from various departments showcased their excellence, teamwork, and determination across academic, cultural, and sports competitions.

The Computer Education Department (CED) was hailed as the Overall Champion, earning a total of 266 points, while the Business Education Department (BED) secured the 1st Runner-Up position with 181 points.

Throughout the celebration, ACLCians demonstrated remarkable talent, passion, and sportsmanship—proving that true victory lies not only in winning but also in unity and excellence.
