LOOK: Situation now at Davao International Airport and Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) Terminal 3 where thousands of passengers are trapped and their flights are delayed due to the experienced "technical issues" brought by Microsoft global outage.

Among those affected are the systems of budget carriers Cebu Pacific and Air Asia, where they also issued an advisory about it.
