- You are allowed to KS when your target race chip HP drops by 30%
- You are not allowed to move until your target chip is still >30% HP
- You may defend your own chip once **HP drops to 40%.**
- NUKE may be performed once your target or own chip **HP drops to 40% or below.**
- Kill-stealing (KS) from another chip begins when a deviceβs **HP reaches 20% or lower.**
