While I understand that many Filipino VA content creators agree to $3/hr rates, specially when you're a newbie. I beg to differ.

We provide our own equipment, pay for electricity and WiFi, work night shifts, and cover our own insurance.

Freelancing is a business, the minimum rate we should accept is $5/hr. Just my 2 cents.
