About Us
Ollie’s is a Family Restaurant owned and managed by Mr. and Mrs. Rollie Carcido. It is an offshoot of the now defunct House of Mercedes Restaurant – a small and cozy restaurant located in Gingoog City, Misamis Oriental owned by the young couple. The resto operated for three good years in the quiet Gingoog ambience until Rollie and his wife Mercedes decided to transfer to a new location in search for greener pastures.
As a highly urbanized city and hometown of Mercedes, Butuan became an obvious choice for the couple’s new restaurant venture.
