What an incredible start to "The Carver's Craft: Transforming into Works of Art"! Our 1st-year College of Hospitality Management students showcased incredible focus, passion, and artistic talent during Day 1 of our Fruit Carving Training with Chef Benjamin Senaca.

From basic knife techniques to intricate floral patterns, seeing simple fruits turn into stunning masterpieces was nothing short of inspiring. 🔪🎨
