To all our clients in Ngarag, Cabagan, Isabela, please be informed that you are currently experiencing disruptions in your Internet Connection due to a severed wire. Our team has been working throughout the day to resolve the issue, but unfortunately, the service is still not restored.

We understand the importance of reliable internet connectivity and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. To address this, we will be issuing a rebate on your bill for the period affected. This rebate will apply for the 24 hours of service interruption or for the duration that you remain without internet access, until the issue is fully resolved.

Our team will continue to work on fixing the problem tomorrow, and we appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.
