Encompassing adaptability and competence in teaching, Menard F. Miguel, former Teacher II of Cabanatuan City Senior High School, directed his path into a new environment of teaching professionโsoaring beyond horizons.
With hands gripped with pen and paper, eyes focused towards the learners, and clad with valuable insights, Sir Menard continues to excel in his career, proving that his unique directions are not just for classrooms.

As a teacher, his students see him as a compass. But here is the twist, an unforeseeable compassโunclear. His instructions are somehow different among the usual, requiring students to think twiceโmore than twice. Harder than it is, indeed. But behind the head-turning direction phrases, lies an individual who teaches not only theories, but also applications in the most versatile way.
For him, students must be critical thinkers: not just going with what is common and ever-existing. As a STEM educator, he advocates for change by means of thorough investigations and keen observations. Those puzzling guides are his technique to cultivate young minds into thinkers of the future.

Sir Menard sees challenges as a way to know more about himself: how he will react, and how he will adapt. Even though the roads may be steep, he was never discouraged. He transformed trials into a wonderful staircase leading to the summit of his dreams.

Now, as he treads on another rocky path and climbs the highest of hills, he surely would never get lostโbecause he is a compass himself, guiding others not only through unclear directions, but also towards brighter destinations.
Sir Menard is an expert on giving directions, instructing students on how they will become best within their abilities. Thinking beyond their comfort zoneโimproving their well-being once more.
As he embarks beyond oceans, his wonderful teachings and relatable life lessons will always be engraved within the hearts and minds of his students, dear colleagues, and loved ones.
