Tarlac PPO Adjuged as Best Police Provincial Office of the Year (National Level) during the 19th HRAO Founding Anniversary Celebration

TARLAC CITY, TARLAC — The Tarlac Police Provincial Office (Tarlac PPO), headed by PCOL Harry R. Lorenzo III, Provincial Director, was adjudged as the “Best Police Provincial Office of the Year (National Level) ” during the Awarding of Unit and Individual Awardees held as part of the 19th HRAO Founding Anniversary Celebration on August 26, 2026.

The activity was participated in by PCOL Lorenzo together with the personnel of the Provincial Human Rights Desk-Tarlac through Zoom from the Provincial Director’s Office, Camp General Francisco Macabulos, Brgy. San Vicente, Tarlac City, Tarlac.
Carrying the theme, “HRAO@19: Kaagapay ng Bagong PNP sa Serbisyong Mabilis, Tapat at Nararamdaman,” the celebration highlighted the Philippine National Police’s continuing commitment to uphold, protect, and promote human rights in all aspects of police service.

The recognition of Tarlac PPO as the Best Provincial Human Rights Affairs Office (HRAO) Nationwide is a significant achievement and serves as a testament to the dedication, professionalism, and collective efforts of its personnel in ensuring that police operations and community engagements remain anchored on respect for human rights, accountability, integrity, and responsive public service.

The award likewise reflects the unwavering commitment of Tarlac PPO to strengthen human rights-based policing, foster public trust and confidence, and ensure that every police action is conducted with fairness, dignity, and respect for the fundamental rights of every individual.
