Result?
Often unnoticed. Often undervalued. Often passed over.
🦚 The Peacock
Shows their work.
Talks about achievements.
Makes sure leaders know what they contribute.
Result?
They get attention, recognition, and opportunities.
Is it fair?
Not always.
But it is the reality in many organizations.
The Lesson:
Hard work is essential.
But visibility is a skill, and a necessary one.
If you’re a “bee,” remember:
You don’t need to become a full peacock —
but you must learn to share your wins, present your work, and make your impact visible.
