Day 3 of Sta. Lutgarda's SPA Workshop: Tinta at Lente

This was the last and most special day of the workshop. Today, the students applied everything they had learned over the past two days. They showcased their hidden talents in acting, singing, dancing, directing, and more. Through these activities, they learned to step out of their comfort zones and truly connect and collaborate with one another.

Each group presented their own original plays, which they had written the day before. The one-day preparation challenged their creativity, teamwork, and time management, and helped improve their confidence, communication skills, and adaptability.

Beyond all of that, the students genuinely enjoyed the entire three-day workshop. The laughter, the lessons, the exhaustion—these will become treasured memories they will carry with them for a lifetime.

This day wasn’t just another page—it was a chapter full of creativity, teamwork, and new adventures. First, Sir Alcid challenged us with freeze acting scenes that tested our confidence and expression. Then, each group crafted a story—five word at a time—proving that collaboration can create something powerful. And to wrap it up, we played “Bahay at Tao,” a fun and engaging activity that brought students closer together. Every task brought laughter, connection, and growth. Can’t wait to see what the next page holds!

Day 1 of Sta. Lutgarda’s SPA Workshop titled – Tinta at Lente.

The workshop was a burst of energy, creativity, and inspiration! The program opened with a prayer by Erica Mae Lanuza, followed by the singing of the national anthem led by Ma’am Janelle Kaye Regidor. Warm messages from SPA Department HeadMa’am May Aringo and Principal Madam Nelia L. Presbitero set the tone for a meaningful day. Ma’am Maria Shiela Bañas then introduced the guest speaker, Direk Alcid O. Valencia, a talented playwright and director of Teatro de Sta. Luisa.
He was joined by three student-facilitators—Gia P. Laurel, Mary Cris G. Rillones, and Jonas N. De Mesa—officers of Teatro de Sta. Luisa, who helped guide the students through creative and engaging activities. The venue was filled with laughter, teamwork, and imagination as everyone explored their talents. Students made new friends, shared ideas, and truly enjoyed the experience. Though the day ended early due to a tsunami warning, the excitement continues, and everyone is looking forward to another fun and inspiring day tomorrow!
