Ginataang Hito with malunggay
Ingredients:
6 cloves garlic
1 onion
1 ginger
3 tomatoes
1/4 cup vinegar
Salt and pepper
3 cups of coconut milk
Siling haba and labuyo
1tbsp sugar optional po nagbibigay ng enhance sa gata 😊

Home made Buchi with cheese filling ang monggo filling.
Ingredients:
3 1/2 cups of Glutinous rice flour
3 tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup white sugar tunawin sa warm water
1 1/4 cup warm water
Unti unti ilagay ang warm water with asukal sa dry ingredients at haluin.
