Feast Day Prayer to San Isidro Labrador
Patron Saint of Farmers and Laborers
May 15

O glorious San Isidro Labrador,
humble servant of God and faithful steward of the land,
you worked with your hands, tilled the soil, and lived a life of deep prayer and charity.
You taught us that holiness can be found even in the simplest tasks,
as long as they are done with love and offered to God.

On this, your feast day, we lift up to you our prayers:
Bless our lands and crops, our work and livelihood.
Intercede for us that the fruits of our labor may be abundant,
and that no family may go hungry or in need.

Teach us to love the earth as God’s gift,
to work with integrity and gratitude,
and to share generously with those in need.
Help us to remain rooted in faith, patient in trials,
and joyful in our daily responsibilities.

San Isidro, model of piety and diligence,
pray for our farmers, laborers, and all who earn their bread by honest work.
May your example inspire us to live with humility,
trusting always in the providence of our Lord.

Centro Mall Cabuyao,Pulo, City of Cabuyao Activity Area
List of Requirements:

• Declaration of Gross Sales/Receipts/Revenue may include
any of the following:
• BIR Monthly/Quarterly/ Annual Tax (VAT/Non-VAT) Filing for the
previous year (1 photocopy) and/or
• Latest Audited Financial Statements (if available) (1 photocopy)
and/or
• Notarized Certificate of Gross Sales/ Receipts/ Revenue for the
previous year (1 original) and/or
• Project Cost/Purchase Orders for Contractors only (1 photocopy) or
• Other proof of gross sales/receipts

4. BFP - Fire Safety Inspection Certificate

created has been made for You.
Exercise upon me all Your rights.
I renew my baptismal promises
renouncing Satan and
all his works and pomps.
I promise to lead a good Christian life
and to do all in my power to procure
the triumph of the rights of God and
Your Church. Divine Heart of Jesus.
I offer You my poor sanctions
in order to obtain that all hearts
may acknowledge
Your sacred royalty and trust,
thus the reign of Your peace may be
established throughout the universe. Amen
