We’ve received feedback that some of our cookies had a filling that felt dry, and we sincerely apologize for that experience. After reviewing what happened, we found that a few were accidentally chilled longer than intended, which affected the texture.

That’s on us — and we’re already making sure it doesn’t happen again. Thank you to everyone who shared their feedback. We truly appreciate your honesty and support as we continue to improve.

On a brighter note, we’re coming back stronger this Friday with a fresh new batch — and yes, we’re introducing a 𝗡𝗘𝗪 𝗩𝗔𝗥𝗜𝗘𝗧𝗬 as well. 👀
