Some couples don’t make noise—
because they’re too busy making progress.
They’re not loud online,
but they’re loud in their support for each other.
They may not post matching shoes or surprise flowers,
but they’re showing up in ways that truly matter:
in shared calendars,
in grocery lists,
in plans that go five years deep.
Minsan, wala kang makikitang “couple goal” sa feed nila—
pero sa totoo lang, sila ‘yung
nag-uusap tungkol sa investments,
nag-aadjust ng schedules,
at nagbabago ng priorities—together.
They remind each other to rest,
to take vitamins,
to breathe.
They hold each other accountable,
but never hold each other back.
This kind of love?
Hindi palaging romantic.
Pero palaging real.
Because love isn’t always about grand gestures—
sometimes it’s about getting through a hard week,
celebrating a small win,
or simply staying when things get quiet.
So if your relationship doesn’t look “perfect” online,
but feels safe in real life—
That’s already a blessing.
That’s already worth keeping.

The Beautiful Realizations of a Mom Who Can Work Anywhere

It's Friday evening, I sat on our car waiting for my son's boxing training session. Laptop open and fingers typing away. I'm working, yet I'm here; present and available. And that’s when it hit me, how incredibly lucky I am to live a life that allows both.

As a work-from-home mom, I already appreciated the comfort of working in my own space. But realizing I can actually work from anywhere as long as there's stable internet and my laptop is with me is something I never want to take for granted. I get to send emails while cheering from the sidelines, finish a task while waiting in the car after school, and take calls after sharing a meal with my son.

It’s not always easy, and there are days when I feel stretched thin. But the privilege of being present, of not having to choose between motherhood and a career is a gift I treasure deeply. It’s a reminder that work doesn’t have to take me away from the moments that matter most.

To every mom out there making it work, you are doing amazing.

2. Highlight Soft & Hard Skills
- Soft skills: time management, communication, initiative.
- Hard skills: admin tools, social media management, research, etc.

3. Show You’re a Self-Starter
- Employers love proactive VAs.
- Mention how you stay organized or take initiative without waiting for instructions.

4. Be Honest About Your Skills
- If you’re not familiar with a tool, say so but add that you're a fast learner and willing to train.
