Been eyeing this food stall at Divisoria here in Cagayan de Oro City for months now, since every time I pass by there is no parking space at all! But this time, it is really meant to be! 😂...

So this is what I found- Cafe de Fruita! 🥰😍
An assorted fruit and veggie shake station- a must visit. It is not only delicious, it is nutritious! Wow!!! ❤️💯

My apologies for not updating Everyone for a week or so, regarding my whereabouts. I have been very busy aside from my family obligations, but also with my other streams.

Yes, that is the best thing about having this Digital Business! You can do a lot, not just get stuck on one thing and just get back on where you left it and still enjoying the community we are in! Well, I miss everyone!😁😍😂

So as you can see, one of my hobbies is painting. My friend commissioned this for her bedroom. Isn't it nice? Well, hope you like it too! 🥰🤩

More to post soon! Have a great day ahead!

Hard days often present us with challenges and difficulties that push us out of our comfort zones. They are the times when we face obstacles and things don't go as planned. However, it's precisely these experiences that make us stronger. Here's why:

1. Building Resilience: Hard times help us develop resilience. Resilience is the ability to bounce back from adversity and keep going. Each time we face a challenge and overcome it, we become more resilient.

2. Learning Opportunities: Difficulties often provide us with opportunities to learn and grow. They force us to think creatively, seek solutions and learn new skills.

3. Developing Empathy: When we experience tough times, we gain a deeper understanding of what it feels like to struggle. This can make us more empathetic towards others who are going through their own challenges.

4. Self-discovery: Hard days can also lead to self-discovery. They can help us identify our strengths and weaknesses, and show us what we're truly capable of.

5. Appreciation: Lastly, going through hard times can make us appreciate the good times even more. They give us a fresh perspective on what truly matters in life.

Remember, it's not about waiting for the storm to pass, it's about learning to dance in the rain. 💪🙂

Have you recently experienced a difficult situation that you feel has made you stronger Everyone ?

It is a mindset or approach towards dealing with challenges or obstacles in life. It suggests that we shouldn't let the problems, no matter how big or small, control our mood, actions, or decisions.

Here's a bit more detail:

1. Avoid Overthinking: Overthinking a problem can make it seem bigger than it actually is. It's important to address the issue, but obsessing over it can lead to stress and anxiety.

2. Focus on Solutions: Instead of dwelling on the problem, shift your focus towards finding a solution. This changes your perspective from negative to positive, and you're giving power to the solution, not the problem.

3. Maintain a Positive Attitude: Problems and challenges are part of life. Maintaining a positive attitude helps you stay resilient and optimistic, which can be beneficial in problem-solving.

4. Don't Let the Problem Define You: Everyone faces problems. But remember, you are not defined by your problems. You're defined by how you handle and overcome them.

So, in essence, "don't give power to the problem" means don't let the problem control you or your life. Instead, take control, focus on solutions, and keep a positive attitude. It's a way of reclaiming your personal power from the problems you face. 🤩
