Inspired by Ms. Shanelle O. Haluber, OTRP ,an Occupational Therapist, and Ading Haluber, a Physical Therapist, together with their proud parents, Kagawad Isagani Haluber of Taglimao and Maโ€™am Rosie Haluber, they opened Kinnect Therapy Center here in Iponan.

What makes this special is not just the opening of another therapy center, it is the ๐จ๐ฉ๐ž๐ง๐ข๐ง๐  ๐จ๐Ÿ ๐ฆ๐จ๐ซ๐ž ๐ฉ๐จ๐ฌ๐ฌ๐ข๐›๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐ž๐ฌ ๐Ÿ๐จ๐ซ ๐œ๐ก๐ข๐ฅ๐๐ซ๐ž๐ง ๐ฐ๐ข๐ญ๐ก ๐ฌ๐ฉ๐ž๐œ๐ข๐š๐ฅ ๐ง๐ž๐ž๐๐ฌ ๐š๐ง๐ ๐ญ๐ก๐ž๐ข๐ซ ๐Ÿ๐š๐ฆ๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ž๐ฌ.

Today's 48th Regular Session highlighted two important matters affecting our community.

A Special Report was presented on the recent fire incident near City Hall that displaced several families and affected local businesses. Our thoughts are with everyone impacted, and we remain committed to supporting recovery efforts and ensuring that the necessary assistance reaches those in need.

The Council also discussed the growing need to strengthen healthcare services, particularly by encouraging partnerships with various sectors to help expand access to dialysis services for patients who rely on life-saving treatment.

Together, we continue to work toward a safer, healthier, and more resilient Cagayan de Oro. ๐Ÿฉท
