Starting in September 2025, NAIA (Ninoy Aquino International Airport) will implement increased terminal fees for both domestic and international flights. The fee for domestic flights will rise from PHP 200 to PHP 390, while the fee for international flights will increase from PHP 550 to PHP 950. These adjustments are part of a broader plan by the new airport operator, New NAIA Infra Corp. (NNIC), to modernize the airport.
Here's a more detailed breakdown:
Domestic Flights: The terminal fee will increase from PHP 200 to PHP 390.
International Flights: The terminal fee will increase from PHP 550 to PHP 950.
Implementation: The fee adjustments are scheduled to take effect in September 2025.
Exemptions: Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) will remain exempt from paying the international departure fee.
Reason for Increase: The fee increase is linked to the massive P170.6-billion rehabilitation project that NNIC is undertaking, and is also partially due to the fact that NAIA fees and charges have remained unchanged since 2000,
