As of the latest update from the National Youth Commission (NYC), Alubijid has reached full compliance, reflecting a high level of administrative discipline and commitment to transparent youth governance.
Submission Performance Summary:

All Barangays of Alubijid have successfully fulfilled all reporting requirements for the current evaluation cycle with a perfect record:
• Part I: PPAs (Programs, Projects, and Activities) — 16/16 Barangays Completed
• Part I: GAP (General Projects) — 16/16 Barangays Completed
• Part II: Policy — 16/16 Barangays Completed

This achievement is a testament to the hard work of our SK officials and their dedication to ensuring that every initiative for the youth is properly documented and accounted for. Completion of these reports is vital for the continued support and recognition of our local youth programs.

Ensuring SK’s Participation and Compliance with SGLGB-Financial Administration and SK Assessments📍

The Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) conducted a two-day Technical Workshop on February 3–4, 2026 at Hotel Conchita, Cagayan de Oro City, to enhance the capacity of Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) officials in financial administration, accountability, and compliance with the Seal of Good Local Governance for Barangays (SGLGB).

The activity was attended by all SK Chairpersons, SK Secretaries, and SK Treasurers from all barangays of the Municipality of Alubijid. Key discussions covered the preparation of barangay financial documents, the 2025 SGLGB review, financial documentation and compliance, SK accountability and the Full Disclosure Policy (FDP), a refresher on the duties and functions of elected SK officials, and the presentation of the results of the SK Assessment for Calendar Year 2025.

This activity underscores the DILG’s commitment to promoting transparency, accountability, and good governance among youth leaders.

Sangguniang Kabataan and Youth Development Office Performance Assessment and Evaluation held on November 17–18, 2025 at Hotel Conchita, Cagayan De Oro City.

Facilitated by the National Youth Commission (NYC), in collaboration with the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) and the Provincial Youth Development Office (PYDO), the activity provided an objective platform to review SK performance and compliance.

Major documents evaluated included the SK Accomplishment Reports, CBYDP, ABYIP, budget and financial records, session minutes, and documentation of PPAs—all essential in ensuring proper planning, implementation, and governance.

The assessment was participated in by fourteen (14) barangays of Alubijid: Lanao, Lourdes, Loguilo, Sungay, Molocboloc, Tugasnon, Calatcat, Benigwayan, Lagtang, Tula, Taparak, Sampatulog, Talaba, and Lumbo.

This assessment reaffirmed our shared commitment to ensuring that youth programs are implemented with integrity, supported by proper documentation, and aligned with the principles of ethical, transparent, and service-oriented governance.

Capacity Development on Disaster Risk Reduction and Management (DRRM) for Alubijid Youth,’ initiated by Bukidnon State University – Alubijid Campus under the leadership of Campus Head Dr. Eric Matthew Senerpida, held on July 10, 2025.
