Naa koy nabasa sa jeep sauna ba, kana bitaw ibabaw sa windshield sa driver’s seat, it says:
“Take my advice —I don’t use it anyway.”🤣
Pagbasa nako, kataw-an lang. Pero murag subconsciously, nahimo na nako tong personal mantra. HAHAHA
Porya buyag, on point sad biya gyud ko mo-advise. Sometimes I talk to someone and feel like I am giving a full-blown therapy session—when in reality, I also just trying to survive my own mess.
I can relate. That’s why I talk. That’s why I listen.
Because I’m not exempt from the emotional whirlwinds either. I’m not here to fix anyone—but if I’ve lived through something, I’ll share what I’ve learned.
And maybe we can grow together or pag-una nalang sa gyud mo kay murag galisod gyud kog follow sa akong own chika. Hahaha
Why?
Kay aware ko sa akong flaws.
Kabalo ko unsay angay buhaton.
Pero… knowing and doing are two VERY different beasts.
Still, I laugh at myself.
Not because I’m okay—but because I know I’m learning.
And somehow, self-awareness still counts as progress.
“We grow not because we have perfect emotional control,
but because we try anyway—despite the episodes,
despite the ego, despite the pain.”
Mao ni akong stand:
✔️ Give advice.
✔️ Even if you’re still figuring things out.
✔️ Because healing isn’t about being fixed—it’s about being real.
Kung ikaw ang gitagna sa mga kalamunggay sa braha a.k.a “therapist-friend” ,
the one who says all the right things but feels like a mess inside—
you’re not fake. You’re just human.
So keep talking.
Keep listening.
Keep growing.
Even if you’re laughing while slowly breaking inside, at least you’re still choosing to show up.
And that’s more powerful than any perfect advice.🫳🏻
