☑️ DND/AFP Human resource personnel
☑️ At least 21 years of age
☑️ PVAO pensioner
☑️ Must be able to present the following documents, if required:
• NBI or Police Clearance
• Birth Certificate
• Two (2) government issued IDs
• Properly filled-out referrer information sheet
