Every letter written, pictures captured, cartoons drawn, and words voiced out is the truth being told in multiple ways.

On October 16 at Fr. William F. Masterson, SJ Elementary, the Capitol University Senior High School (CU-SHS) competed in the Division Schools Press Conference (DSPC). The participants of each categories exhibited their competitiveness and dedication to relay a story as journalists. Participants pulled out every knowledge they had from trainings to truly showcase what they had.

The following day, October 17, participants gathered at the same venue with the same goalβ€”to enter the stage to proceed to the Regional Schools Press Conference (RSPC). In the category Editorial Writing English Secondary, Danielle Geena P. Baldado was titled 1st Place. In the category Editorial Cartooning English Secondary, Princes Angelica N. Avila was announced as the 2nd Place. Both Baldado and Avila will proceed to the competition's next level, the RSPC. The CU-SHS School Paper for Filipino Secondary, Integralis, secured the award 'Best School Paper', making the School Paper a contingent for the RSPC.

All of the contestants gave their best shots and all of their trainors gave them guidance and knowledge that became useful in the competition.

Journalists are the voice of the truth, and the competition not only motivated them but inspired them to continue spreading the truth for the betterment of themselves, others, and the nation.

π—œπ—‘ 𝗣𝗛𝗒𝗧𝗒𝗦 | On October 7, 2025 at 1:00 PM, the Social Science Club hosted a debate competition among the Senior High School students of Capitol University, with the theme β€œSigaw ng Kabataan, Tinig ng Soksay.”

The event brought together sharp minds and ignited discussions that challenged perspectives. It showcased not only the students’ critical thinking but also their capacity to listen, analyze, and stand firm in their claims. As the competition drew to a close, those who triumphed emerged. Yet beyond the competition lies a greater victory: the wisdom, experience, and growth each participant has gained along the way.

π—œπ—‘ 𝗣𝗛𝗒𝗧𝗒𝗦 | The Grade 12 students officially opened their stalls on Entrepreneur Days with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on October 6, 2025, held at the Friendship Park.
At first glance, the place is filled with vibrant stalls from different sections, each showcasing and selling a variety of creative products and delectable foods but it doesn't only consist of that, these table, tents, and products are the results of the students' months of planning through hardwork, teamwork, and dedication.

After the opening ceremony, the selling period followed where the students endorsed and earned through selling each of their products to their fellow Capitol University students, including their teachers. Later in the afternoon, it was followed by the Awarding Ceremony.

This is indeed a must-visit spot! Come and see the amazing ideas of our young entrepreneurs and taste their delicious creations. From handcrafted things to tasty treats, each stall offers something unique and are of creativity. Don’t miss out on the chance to support our Grade 12 Capitolians and experience the spirit of innovation and unity that shines through their Entrepreneur Days!
